Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including individuals, parents, educators, employers, policymakers, and industry leaders, our interventions include:

Since our inception just over three years ago, ChangeInkk has rapidly emerged as a catalyst for systemic inclusion in India.
  • Our inclusion approach has been showcased to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and actively engaged with 5 Ministries, 10 government departments, and 6 States & UTs.
  • 50+ critical policies passed, unlocking ₹500 Cr+ for inclusive education for SLDs
  • Enabled 87% reduction in the SLD diagnosis time
  • SLD inclusion embedded in national tech and AI missions, aligning education with workforce readiness , strengthened the ecosystem to develop AI-driven solutions to address SLD needs at scale.
  • Enabled a nationwide 60% increase in teachers trained to educate children with special needs, including SLDs.
  • Partnered with the Department of Higher Education to launch a National Scheme ensuring every centrally funded institute is inclusive for students with SLDs—already strengthening 130+ higher education institutions and 17,000+ faculty members.
  • We have built the capacities of 8+ lakh stakeholders and supported 150 organizations to adopt a dyslexic lens.
  • Collaborated with 1,600+ employers and leading industry bodies for #DyslexicThinking powered workforce
  • Through our #Speak4Dyslexia and #Act4Dyslexia campaigns, we have inspired widespread government and industry adoption, achieving an organic reach of over 1 billion people.
  • Designed and implementing lighthouse programs for early identification of SLD, transforming education institutions to be inclusive exemplar institutions (school & higher ed).

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced partnerships & fundraising associate/senior associate to contribute and drive institutional growth, international engagement, and resource mobilization. This role will work closely with leadership to build high-impact alliances across government, philanthropy, multilateral agencies, global institutions, and industry, enabling scale across geographies.

The role requires a strategic yet execution-driven professional who can unlock funding, cultivate senior relationships, and expand the organization’s footprint nationally and internationally.

Roles & Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy, Scale & Institutional Alignment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and scale strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Identify high-value domestic and international partnership opportunities.
  • Build alliances that enable geographic expansion and program scale.
  • Position the organization strategically within global and national ecosystems.

International Engagement & Global Alliances
  • Liaison with multilateral agencies, international foundations, global networks, and cross-border collaborators.
  • Ensure representation of the organization leadership in global convenings, policy forums, and strategic dialogues.
  • Structure partnerships that enable contextualization and scale in new geographies.

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
  • Support institutional fundraising strategy across CSR, philanthropy, multilaterals, and international donors.
  • Contribute to grant proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and strategic funding narratives.
  • Build and manage a strong funding pipeline aligned with scale objectives.
  • Ensure long-term donor stewardship and renewal strategies.

Business Development & Management
  • Identify, qualify, and convert partnership opportunities into structured collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations and formalization of MoUs, grants, and strategic agreements.
  • Maintain strong visibility across emerging funding landscapes.

Stakeholder Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary interface for senior institutional partners.
    • Build long-term, trust-based relationships across public, private, and global sectors.
    • Ensure alignment between partnership commitments and program delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
    • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate preferred in Business, Public Policy, International Relations, Development Studies, or related field.
    • 2-4 years, 4-6+ years of experience in partnerships, institutional fundraising, strategic alliances, or international engagement roles.
    • Demonstrated experience working with government, CSR, foundations, and multilateral agencies.
    • Proven track record in fundraising and resource mobilization.
    • Experience in international collaboration or cross-border program expansion preferred.
    • Strong negotiation and strategic communication capabilities.
    • High professional integrity and stakeholder credibility.

Compensation

Remuneration will be competitive with the development sector's pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
